How often do we truly appreciate something? When do we stop to smell the roses? Actually sit and listen to your friend or family member?
Often in life we are rushing between things or making sure we are able to plan the next thing. Stop every once and a while and appreciate where you are. The people you are with. The activities you are able to do. Even just the essence of life itself. Breathe and become fully awake.
