What are you thinking about? How does it make you feel?
How you think about something is often very close to how you will react to something. Thinking positively will mean you have positive reactions. Also being in a positive frame of mind will lean you don’t notice the bad things as much and much more likely to nice the good things.
We can go from feeling distracted and stressed to happy and in the moment in a second. We just need to remember to do it.
Stopping every once and a while. Notice the intrinsic nature of mind. Free yourself of negative thoughts. Free yourself from distraction.
